Chocolate Brownie Bliss Balls (DF & GF)
Chocolate Brownie Bliss Balls are the dense, fudgey snack that taste like a brownie bite but are built with wholefood ingredients to support day-long energy, blood sugar balance and nervous system regulation. Naturally gluten free and dairy free, they’re an easy option for lunchboxes, office snacks or a gentle premenstrual treat when you’re craving something chocolatey but don’t want the energy crash.
These Bliss Balls include cashews, medjool dates, shredded coconut, oats, cacao powder and chia seeds. Each of which have been carefully selected to offer a balance of fibre, protein, minerals and healthy fats to slow absorption of natural sugars and keep you feeling grounded and balanced.
Cacao is naturally rich in magnesium and other phytonutrients that support muscle relaxation (menstrual comfort) and a calmer nervous system. When paired with protein- and fat-rich ingredients, these brownie-style balls can be especially supportive around your luteal phase and period, when your body often calls for more energy-dense, comforting foods.
They’re also incredibly practical: one bowl, no baking, and they keep well in the fridge or freezer so you can make a batch once and have nourishing snacks ready for the week. This kind of realistic meal prep is often what makes the difference between reaching for something ultra-processed or having a supportive option ready to go when you need it.

Naturopathic Benefits
These Chocolate Brownie Bliss Balls are designed to feel like a treat while quietly supporting your foundations of health.
Cashews provide a creamy base that’s naturally rich in healthy fats, plant protein and minerals to support blood sugar balance and cardiovascular health. Including cashews regularly has been linked with improved insulin markers and a healthier LDL:HDL cholesterol ratio, which supports more stable energy and long-term metabolic wellbeing.
Chia seeds add a powerful dose of fibre, plant-based omega-3 fats and complete protein, helping to slow digestion, buffer blood sugar spikes and keep you feeling satisfied between meals. Their gel-forming fibre supports bowel regularity, feeds beneficial gut bacteria and contributes to heart health markers like cholesterol and triglycerides—beautiful foundations for hormone and nervous system balance.
Cacao brings the rich chocolate flavour while also delivering magnesium, iron and antioxidant flavonoids that support circulation, mood and menstrual comfort. Its magnesium content helps relax muscles and the nervous system, easing PMS-related cramps and tension, while mood-supportive compounds and gentle stimulation can soften premenstrual dips in energy and emotional resilience.
