Your Healing Journey Begins Here
This introductory bundle is the perfect starting point for those new to naturopathic care. It offers a comprehensive health assessment of your health history, lifestyle and current concerns to better investigate and uncover root causes of dis-ease. Using this information we build a personalised treatment plan which incorporates a combination of natural therapies. Followed up by ongoing support in a return consultation to review progress and refine your treatment plan. Throughout which, empowerment is offered to gain valuable insights to maintain health.
This bundle includes a 75minute introductory consult PLUS additional 60minute return consult to identify, consolidate and refine your unique treatment plan.
Within this consult there is opportunity for additional functional testing, pathology interpretation and iridology assessment.

Acute Consult
Quick Fix
Offered to new or return clients for when those unwelcome acute health concerns strike – think colds & flu, pesky UTIs, frustrating sinusitis, sore throat infections, uncomfortable ear infections, or disruptive gastroenteritis – you need swift, natural, and effective relief. We go beyond simply suppressing symptoms and hoping for the best. Instead, we delve into understanding your body's unique response to illness, providing a targeted approach to support innate healing, ease symptoms and optimise immunity.
This includes 1x 20minute consultation.
These appointments are NOT for chronic health concerns (like autoimmunity, chronic gut complaints, skin or reproductive health) because of course these things require more attention and detail to get right!

Return to Wellness
Offered to returning patients ONLY, this consultation is designed to support your ongoing health and wellness goals. It provides an opportunity to review your progress, address any new concerns, and refine your personalised treatment plan. Your previous treatment plan will be re-assessed to fit your current needs and personalised adjustments can be made to support your wellness journey. Benefit from continued guidance and encouragement as you work towards your goals. Feel empowered with the tools necessary to maintain healthy changes.
